With HaasService, you have the ability to view and resolve work orders directly from your mobile device.
• View information about the machine and the customer requesting service• Track travel and labor time• Attach pictures, videos, and Shift-F3 reports to the work order• Search through service procedures and videos tailored to the machine being worked on• Search through spare parts specifically relevant to the machine being worked on• Record notes detailing the reported issue, cause, and corrective action taken to remedy the problem• Review the past service history of the machine, including work orders, spare part orders, and software upgrades• Review the original sales configuration of the machineRequirements:• This app is for use by Haas Certified Service Technicians only• You must have credentials to log in to the Haas SAP Portal • Work Orders must be assigned to you externally via the Haas Business Center (HBC) by your Haas Factory Outlet
